My item was ordered on Boxing Day and it arrived 18.1.23! Maybe next Christmas alert possible customers that you have a long festive break to prevent them having to send emails when promised a 3 working day delivery window!

Fantastic, fast service. Bought a transformer for a Christmas glitter candle which ate batteries for fun. Transformer was a perfect fit.

Item I brought was actually not working. But they soon sorted the problem. Postage was fast. So although sadly I couldn’t get a replacement. But service was good and I would use again.

You sent me incorrect item and I have reported you to PayPal. I would not recommend or buy from you again. Yes after posting this and raising case with PayPay they had no choice but still wants me to pay for return postage! I would not feel confident and buy from this company.

Don't use, they messed me around with shipping and the item I ordered never showed up. I then rang up the customer service to sort the issue out and they arranged the item to be shipped again with paying me for shipping. Over 10 days later the item never showed up and I called customer service again to which I was told it hasn't been shipped and they didn't sort out the order (which was originally ordered in November) now that it's Christmas this week the item will not show and its ridiculous.

Should have brought from somewhere else. As it would have showed up at the beginning of December

This company has been very helpful in the past and I am phrased with the lights I ordered. Also their lights are very well packaged

Ordered fibre optic Christmas tree close to mid day Friday 11 November 22. Received delivery Saturday 12 November. Pleasantly surprised at quick delivery as thought might be nearer the end of the following week. Very happy with the fibre optic tree. Excellent service. Gloucester Customer
